 Looking for something to keep the kids busy and active during March Break? Join us at HBK March 12th to 16th for a week of fun, games and lots of Karate in a safe and friendly environment.
Our March Break Karate Camp will run from 9:00pm to 4:00pm, is open to anyone who is interested and no uniforms are required. The cost for the week is $120.00 for members of the dojo and $145.00 for non-members. All attendees will receive a free HBK T-shirt!

Back by popular demand! Shihan Norrish has arranged a seminar with Hanshi Darrell LaFrance, a well-known Jiu Jitsu Master who has facilitated similar workshops at our dojo in the past. Shihan Norrish, Sensei Greg and Sensei Dawn have all trained with him and these events are always very well received.
The seminar will be held at our dojo on Saturday March 17th at 1:00pm and is open to all members that attend adult classes. The cost is $30.00 for the 2 hour seminar and sign-up sheets will be at the dojo. If you are interested, sign-up ASAP as there are only 22 spaces available.

On Saturday November 5th Hiryu Bushido Kai hosted an introductory martial arts class for the Durham West 4H club. A big thank you to Kyoshi Fred Walker, Sensei Scott Wilson and all who participated in exploring what traditional martial arts have to offer.
